A New Way to Manage Prayer

"I have the opportunity each week to lead a class of approximately 25 adults at our church in Bible study and, in trying to be a good shepherd, have tried various methods of gathering, distributing, and updating the weekly prayer needs of our class. After collecting the requests on a "prayer sheet" the process starts of copying, distributing at the end of class, and then trying to keep the reoccurring request in front of the group until answered or removed by request. I set up an archived file in order to review and share answered requests with the class to encourage them to see the hand of God working in their lives. This system was cumbersome and never truly accurate no matter how hard I tried to make it work.

In December of 2011 I was introduced to Prayer Request Management and could not be any more pleased with the results. As the prayer manager for our group I simply use the original request sheet from our class, enter that information in the website and send to everyone in the class who has email. The information is automatically saved in an archive and remains easily available for me to edit, add to, delete or select requests that need to be shared with the entire church membership.
